The Covid 19 crisis affects us all.

We have faced an exceptional situation that has been difficult for all of us to manage.

For us, it is essential to operate in a calm and safe manner while ensuring the well-being and comfort of passengers and crew members.

We would like to remind you of a few essential points regarding the preparation of your balloon flight. The authorities require the following measures:


- Wearing a mask is no longer mandatory during operations

- If you show symptoms compatible with Covid 19 or have been in contact with sick people in the last 14 days, you cannot fly and you must inform us as soon as possible by phone and email

- Remember to bring a cap for the heat of the burner, a pair of gloves, and good shoes for walking in fields

- You must also arrange your return transport from the landing site (friends or family who follow our recovery vehicle or who meet you at the landing site that you will communicate to them so they can pick you up). The landing site is not the same as the take-off site. This location is not known in advance and depends entirely on the wind and is located approximately 15 km from the take-off site. Unfortunately, it is unrealistic to drop off a vehicle in advance in the region based on wind direction, as it is too unpredictable: this rule has always been in place for the Meuse region, Spa and Durbuy, Covid or not Covid.
