Hot air ballooning offers a gentle and unique way to discover breathtaking panoramas. You will have the opportunity to admire our regions, sometimes little known, from a completely new perspective. With a 360° panorama, you will enjoy an incomparable view. Hot air balloons move smoothly, carried by the wind, allowing you to appreciate the majesty of the landscapes in perfect harmony with nature. The calm during your flight is simply astonishing. Please note that the route will depend on the wind direction, making each flight unique and unpredictable.

Many visitors ask us which region to choose for their hot air balloon getaway. We recommend selecting a region close to your home so you can better appreciate the places flown over in a friendly atmosphere. During the flight, your passionate pilot will gladly share fascinating anecdotes about the region and comment on the landscape.

Hot air balloon launch sites: choose quality for your flight!

All our launch sites have been carefully selected to offer you an unforgettable experience. Most of these locations allow you to fully enjoy the landscapes of the region being flown over.

Our hot air balloon flights are scheduled from early April to late October in order to benefit from the best weather conditions. Takeoffs take place in the late afternoon (every day depending on the weather) or early in the morning (weekends and public holidays only). Morning flights: a unique experience!

Morning flights are especially popular. You will have the chance to witness nature waking up, with hares running through the fields, deer wandering around, and even families of wild boars. Although it takes a little courage to wake up early, the beauty of the landscapes at sunrise is truly worth it. In addition, a champagne breakfast will be offered after the flight, a delightful treat not to be missed!

Enjoy late-day flights

If you prefer, you can also choose a late-day flight. You will have the opportunity to admire the enchanting spectacle of the sunset, a memorable experience.

Important information about hot air balloon flights

It is essential to understand that a hot air balloon is not piloted like a traditional airplane; it flies with the wind. That is why the pilot chooses the launch site the day before for morning flights and on the same day for late-day flights, taking into account the latest forecasts for wind direction at altitude. This precaution helps optimize your flight experience while avoiding prohibited or restricted airspaces, such as those around the airports of Brussels, Charleroi, Bierset, Beauvechain, and Chièvres.
